First I go to check my stats to crunch the data for my redesign, only to discover the service (HitBox Personal) has been discontinued and the data (about four years worth) has been eliminated.
No idea when it happened, and I received no warning about it, either. I am less than impressed. The upside, though, for you the reader is the elimination of “that flashing graphic” that was my hit counter.
Next, I receive an email from Bell Canada notifying my latest bill is now online. Bell’s billing site has always been the result of marketing over functionality and usability, but never has it not worked for me.
When clicking through the links supplied in the email, they lead me to pages not found. Seems the redirection service had broken. An hour after receiving the email, the links are fixed.
