  1. Woke-up 15 minutes before an important meeting so I…
    • decided not to bike to save time;
    • decided not to drive the car my parent’s had loaned for fear of not finding all-day parking;
    • decided to get a cab, but I had no money so I went to the bank…
      • got to the bank, and didn’t have my bank card;
      • went back home, got my card, went back to the bank and got my money;
  2. caught a cab, and arrived at work twenty minutes late and five minutes later than I would have had I biked…
  3. and now this blog’s comment tool doesn’t seem to be working…

The GTA is a test-bed for the service, and the same database the “Information and Referral Specialists” (whatever happened to operators) use is what drives the sister-service, 211Toronto.ca.
