New job, new economy
Settling into the new job and running into some old faces and putting faces to people I’d only known as names.
The fact this medium is in transition is a cliché, but nothing highlights more than reading these two pieces:
- From MSNBC: a piece on the benefits of rich-media ads, no doubt inspired by Wired’s “New Rules for the New Advertising Economy.”
- From Boing Boing: has real-time blog coverage of a Howard Rhienhold talk on how the Internet is slowly being “turned into private property.”
