Usability conventions

Browsers supporting at least HTML 4.01 display text with a dotted or dashed underline occasionally. Moving the cursor over such text will create a small text bubble or tool-tip with more information about the highlighted segment.

Clicking the logo will take you back to the site’s main page (except when you’re on that page). There, the content will vary, usually showcasing what’s new on the site.
