Does Internet Explorer on Windows support position: fixed?
As of Internet Explorer 6 for Windows, there is no support for position: fixed, however there are a couple of JavaScript workarounds:
- Andrew Clover’s fixed.js module
- Marc Howells’ floating layer script
Then there is Eric Bednarz’s clever hack using conditional comments.
